Scrap Metal Recycling Company looking for reliable Bookkeeper/ Administrative assistant.
Must be a self starter and able to Multi-task in a small office setting.
Willingness to learn new programs and software.
Responsibilities:
Daily A/P & A/R monitoring and input.
Daily QuickBooks entries.
Profit loss and various financial reports.
Miscellaneous MS Excel reports/ templates/ spreadsheets.
Interact with dispatch & other facility managers.
Prepare shipping & receiving documents Requirements:
Proficient in Quick Books Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word Understanding of profit-loss and balance sheets Understanding and reconciliation of A/P & A/R Strong Math skills required Ability to interact with co-workers and customers in a professional manner If you are a motivated individual with a passion for numbers and administrative support, we encourage you to apply for this position.
