Responsibilities:
Production scheduling to optimize workflow and meet production targets with JobBoss MRP software.
Manage release of work order travelers to production floor.
Works with Inventory Control to confirm material tracking.
Coordinating with production teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
Liaising with suppliers and vendors to manage inventory levels, ensure timely delivery of materials, and procure necessary materials based on customer job Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Ensuring counterfeit control plan is followed and approved suppliers are used.
Monitoring and updating production schedules to accommodate changes in orders or resource availability.
Ensuring adherence to production timelines, quality standards, and customer specifications.
Providing support for solicitation submissions related to production capabilities and capacities.
Responsible for COC processing.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in production scheduling or operations planning, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
