American Screen & Window Coverings offers custom window coverings, window shades, metal and wooden Venetian blinds, shutters and Roller shades for the film and TV entertainment industry.
We are looking for a production worker specializing in blinds assembly to assemble, but not limited to, mini blinds, wood blinds, and vertical blinds.
Responsibilities:
Reading and interpreting work orders to understand the specifications for each type of blind to be assembled.
Operating machinery and equipment such as cutting, drilling, and riveting machines to fabricate blind components according to specifications.
Assembling blinds by attaching slats, cords, and other components according to predetermined patterns or instructions.
Inspecting finished blinds for quality control, ensuring they meet company standards and customer requirements.
Identifying and troubleshooting any issues or defects in the assembly process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency and quality.
