We need a person to handle all of our administrative and order processing tasks.
Person must know and have used Microsoft Outlook/Word and be familiar with basic web based applications.
We want someone who is organized, detailed and be able to organize our office.
The person we will hire will have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
We want someone who can organize our company and not the other way!! Our ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a positive attitude, is outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build long-relationships with customers.
Great listening skills, documentation and organization are highly valued in candidates for this position.
Preferred:
Promotional Advertising Industry experience a plus Knowledge of UPS/FEDEX Shipping Required:
Ability to meet customer order deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Detail oriented and highly organized Must be a self-starter and team player Serve as Liaison between Graphics, Production and Shipping.
