Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in-person Utilize basic computer skills to enter and update customer information in our database Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate order fulfillment and delivery Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions Assist in generating reports using Microsoft Excel and other software tools Utilize shop math skills to assist customers with technical inquiries Support scheduling activities to ensure timely delivery of products Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Excel Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Shop math skills are a plus Prior scheduling experience is advantageous You should be proficient in:
