is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator/Labor Compliance to join our team.
This role will be processing payroll, and certified payroll for our state and federal funded projects.
We are an asbestos/lead abatement construction company and would like a self-motivated individual who has a keen eye for detail, a strong grasp of labor laws and is well-organized.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Processing Payroll:
Manage payroll for all employees.
Process payroll with state-listed wages, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Daily timesheet entry.
Organization of weekly payroll documents Labor Compliance Reporting for State and Federal Projects :
Fill out and send out DAS 140/142 Reporting and requesting apprentices for apprenticeship compliance.
Maintain adherence to state-listed wages and federal compliance.
Timely and accurate labor compliance document reporting.
Timely and accurate certified payroll reporting on general forms, DIR website and other labor compliance platforms (ie, LCPtracker, E-Mars) Additional Duties:
Creating reports using Excel.
Tracking benefits.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in payroll processing and labor compliance is preferred.
Proficiency in processing certified payroll.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Keen understanding of state and federal labor laws and regulations.
Prior experience with LCP Tracker, DIR, eMARS, is preferred.
