About the Role:
We're seeking an Operations Specialist to provide crucial assistance to our Sales Manager from our El Monte office.
In this role, you'll be responsible for handling invoices, coordinating shipments, and maintaining efficient communication with our Japan team for curation and ordering.
You'll also work closely with our Sales Manager to keep them informed about accounts receivable and shipment timelines.
Key Responsibilities Facilitate the B2B invoicing process and ensure accurate and timely invoices for POs Collaborate with our Japan team to arrange product curation and order processing Keep the Sales Manager updated on the status of accounts receivables and shipment timelines.
Communicate directly with B2B partners when needed for updates about their orders Arrange pickups for completed orders from our warehouse for B2B partners including preparing labels for the shipments Coordinate last minute changes and one-off shipments from our warehouse Collaborate closely with the Warehouse Manager on shipments, fulfillment, and manage last-minute changes effectively.
Maintain close communication with our remote Sales Manager
Qualifications:
2
years of experience in operations (sales experience is a plus) Best in class organization and communication skills Natural problem solver and creative thinker Ability to work independently and make decisions under minimal supervision Out of the box thinker who can pivot in any direction Hard-working and smart-working, with a willingness to go the extra mile.
Excellent presentation skills and active listening skills.
Proficiency in MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel What We Offer Health, Dental, Vision insurance covered Work travel to Japan Flexible Work Hours Paid Holidays Sick Leave Monthly Events/Lunches Job Type:
