We are currently looking for a reliable and dedicated Executive Assistant who will work directly with our Chief Operating Officer.
This role is a crucial part of the success of the company, so we are looking for someone who is motivated to learn and grow with the company.
This position will require you to learn all major departments within the company in order to fully understand the workflow.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Overseeing daily operations for sales department - Learning multiple departments operations to offer as needed support - Customer interaction and sales as needed - Clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling - Light HR duties such as paperwork filing and issuing company notices.
- Traveling as needed - Assisting with tradeshow coordination and travel arrangements.
- Attend meetings and take notes - Provide daily deports to COO & CEO - Assist in marketing initiatives and social media interactions.
- Market research and business development suggestions - Back up customer service as needed Skills required - Strong communication skills - Strong organization skills - Strong time management skills - Strong Reliability - Ability to multitask and change directions based on priority - Willingness to learn new skills and Adapt - Eager to learn - Strong people skills - Strong team building skills - Accuracy - Bilingual (Spanish or Chinese preferred but not required) - Bachelors degree Job Type:
